Behind the Name
In Greek Mythology, Helios is a Titan, the god of the sun. He was known for driving his golden chariot across the sky every day, bringing sunlight to all in the world below.

The name Helios Strategies hails to that golden chariot of light - bringing light and power to individuals, teams, and organizations, and highlighting new perspectives and ideas to strategically solve the problems impacting them most.
What Sets Helios Apart
What makes Helios Strategies different? Helios values the impact that creativity has on an individual or team’s ability to develop goals, create plans, achieve success, and avoid burnout in the process. In a world where AI use is growing - people often using it as a crutch rather than a tool - it is of even greater important to place emphasis on creativity. Motivation and inspiration are not found, they are created. Just like muscles are used in sports, creativity, resiliency, and strategic thinking are "muscles" that needs to be exercised too. Helios Strategies works with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them build these skills so they can spend time focusing on their own missions.

Helios Strategies is dedicated to addressing the burnout problem by providing clients with tools to encourage resiliency, and helping clients align their values.
